The Help Desk is for reactive support and proactive monitoring of real-time exceptions/errors with options for master data management, new partner on-boarding, and PROD triage/resolution.

The EHS Service Bureau is an alternative to FTEs as a subscription-based service with pricing dependent on the level of support requested. The service is standardized, but the delivery of the service is customized to our clients’ needs.

Currently, most markets have a stability period allowing Pharmacists to dispense despite an unresolved alert. This is NOT an option in the future as markets close out their respective stability periods. You will need a reliable GxP process and expert support to manage your alerts in a controlled, documented, and timely manner to ensure your drug product gets to the end consumer.
