Greg Cathcart, CEO

Greg Cathcart is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and growth, as well as cultivating emerging markets. He is a recognized industry leader through his work with HDMA, NACDS, PDA, and is a founding member of Global Track and Trace (GTT). Greg has also been featured in industry journals, such as Life Science LeaderCIO Review, and Pharmaceutical Commerce. In 2010, AMR Research recognized Greg as one of the top ten influencers in the pharmaceutical supply chain industry.

Joe Falkenstein, CFO
Joe is a seasoned strategic finance professional with 30 years of experience operation and supporting technology-focused growth companies. He has experience working with executive teams on strategy, operations, and corporate finance initiates. As a crucial part of the senior management team, Joe has experience as Chief Operating Officer at previous companies, where he was responsible for strategy, finance, and administration in a high-growth environment.

Expertise areas include but aren’t limited to: M&A transactions, strategy, finance, and capital formation.

Tom Glenn, EVP Solutions and Delivery–United States West Coast region
Tom is an experienced business leader specializing in corporate systems planning, process design, software validation, and implementation program management. For the last 29 years, Tom has focused on business process change and technologies related to Pharma/Bio Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas.

Expertise areas include but aren’t limited to: Program and large-scale project management for SAP and Document management applications; SME for EPCIS, serialization, and line software projects; and Development Global Validation Plan for SAP AII Solution.

Karan Narang, Executive Vice President
Karan is an experienced consultant specializing in the implementation of pharmaceutical supply chain process, technology, and data solutions. In recent years, he has been involved in the implementation of Serialization and Track and Trace Solutions for global pharmaceutical organizations. He has also been involved with multiple strategy developments, value realization and data governance initiatives.

Expertise areas include but aren’t limited to: Program/project management; Pharmaceutical Supply Chain, Serialization, and Track and Trace Solutions; Development and implementation of Enterprise Serialization Data Standards and Processes; and Master Data Management and Governance.

Greg Wozniak, President – Healthcare Group
Greg is responsible for the company’s healthcare and retail pharmacy strategic direction and growth. He is a recognized healthcare leader through his work with healthcare systems, hospitals, integrated Delivery Networks, physician groups, ambulatory services, home care, and long-term care. Throughout his 30 years of healthcare executive experience, Greg has served as CEO and Healthcare System Executive and has built a reputation for strategy, business development, growth, performance improvement, and innovation

Organizations that he has led have received the “Top 100 Hospital Award”–recognizing overall performance and outcomes–and the “Most Wired” award–recognizing the level of IT adoption. Greg is also an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business’s MBA program in Philadelphia, PA.
