DSCSA Compliance

What is DSCSA?

The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is Title II of the Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA) that was signed into law on November 27, 2013. Its purpose is to increase safety throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain in the US by increasing the traceability of pharmaceutical products across pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers and dispensers.

Implemented over the course of three key phases between November 2017 and November 2023, DSCSA preempts all state legislation regarding pharmaceutical pedigree and traceability.  Excellis has deep experience of working with every segment of the supply chain across every possible use case.
